She led a team responsible for all Freeman’s application development, support and delivery. She was promoted to SVP & CIO of Freeman’s Audio Visual division in 2012. As the first IT leader responsible for all AV companies at Freeman, she oversaw application development, infrastructure, digital products and hotel network services. Her ascent continued in 2015 when she was named SVP & CIO for Freeman, which placed her in charge of all applications, infrastructure and IT Operations across all Freeman’s divisions and companies. Michelle received a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in economics from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. She started her professional career as a merchandising manager for JC Penney. From there, she earned an MBA from Kansas University, with a concentration in information technology. Prior to joining Freeman, Michelle held a variety of IT leadership roles for more than 10 years at companies such as Deloitte Consulting and FedEx Office. Danielle Puceta Danielle is the VP of Digital Product and joined Freeman in 2016. She has a diverse background ranging from management consulting to APAC General Manager, including her most recent role as Global Partnerships Lead for a high growth technology start-up. Danielle built a Channel partner program from inception to over $1.5MM ARR in first year through creation of scalable sales training and servicing programs. As APAC General Manager, she owned $4MM plus P&L, drove double-digit revenue growth in emerging markets while maintaining high satisfaction with global enterprise customers. She is experienced at organizational design with demonstrated ability to create collaborative and scalable models and teams across regions as well as within partnerships. Danielle is successful at negotiating and driving global corporate client & partner relationships requiring implementation of massive change management programs. Elizabeth Jean Poston Elizabeth Jean Poston, a Navy brat who has lived in more countries than she has fingers, has always been passionate about progress and positive change. After receiving her MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2010, she joined a newly-formed business unit at Technicolor dedicated toward building GTM strategies for 3D-related IP during the democratization of the entertainment ecosystem. Realizing the importance of technology toward most forms of progress, Elizabeth continued to evolve her understanding of how it was being used to tell more compelling stories across industries.She currently enjoys a position as Senior Director of Business Development at Helios Interactive, the experience design studio in San Francisco that has for years specialized in building and deploying fully-customized interactive solutions for brands. In her role, she is able to continue to think and act strategically while managing a national portfolio of clients and supervising the Marketing Committee. She resides in Charlotte, NC and in her nonexistent spare time can usually be found outdoors or working on her second novel. Jennifer Jobin Jennifer is a seasoned high-tech sales executive that has demonstrated a history of over-achievement and superior leadership. Formerly, Jennifer lead a team at Perficient specialized in selling digital transformation leveraging key strategic partners such as Adobe, Google, Magento and Insite. Prior to joining Perficient's Senior Leadership team, Jennifer rose through the ranks of Microsoft leaving her mark as a respected senior leader. Jennifer is an established leader in building and motivating top performing teams and has a track record of consistently exceeding objectives. Her core strengths lie in her ability to foster and maintain lasting business relationships with key stakeholders by building loyalty across her employees, peers, customers and partners. Jennifer has a deep passion for supporting women and diversity in the high-tech industry. Beth Martin Beth is passionate about strategy and marketing. She has 20+ years marketing experience in companies ranging from startups to fortune 500 organizations. She develops and executes clearly defined marketing and communication strategies.
